3-14-14 visit
61° during our visit to supplemental feed. All seems good however they have gone through their food from last weekend. We will need to keep up their food until the first blooms come in which may be a month and a half away. Alex tried his new veil out today. He said it worked well.

Bad news 3-9-14
Beautiful day out in high 60's. Checked all hives and supplemented. However lost one orchard hive. Pretty sure they got too cold and weren't able to move to get to their food. All other hives seem strong. A little mold showing on top cover on other orchard hive. Caused by condensation. Hope this bitter cold is complete.
